Our house is in the center of Kitzbuehel - only 3 minutes walking distance to the beautiful old part of town.

Groups (also youth and children) and Motor - Bikers are most heartly wlecome.

You can reach Hahnenkammbahn (Cableway) and Hornbahn (Cableway), Golfcourse,

Trainstation, Sportpark, Tenniscenter, and the Swimmingcenter "Aquarena"

within 5 to 15 minutes walking distance. Dogs are allowed.

Here are some practical informations about our House

All of our Rooms (nonsmoker) have Parquet floors and anti-allergic bedspread.

In our house there are also two full equipped Apartments
1 Apartment for 2 Persons and 1 Apartment for 4 Persons.

Environment : Kitchen with Sittingcorner, Bath respectively Shower, Sleepingroom, Balcony respectively Terrace and Livingroom in the 4 Persons Apartment.

( dinnerset and cookware,cutlery and glasses for 4 Persons )
bedclothes and towels are also includet and get changed once a week.

We have a skideposit-room and a breakfastroom/lounge with a small library (books in different languages),
cable-Tv, different games and "WiFi"(for free), wich you are welcome to use.

For our Guests who do not have an own Laptop with them, we have a Laptop in the Breakfastroom to use for free.

" Just in case" we have an iron/board that you are able to borrow.
We also have a shoepolishmaschine and childrenschair that you are able to use.

If you should be in need of getting your clothes washed, we should be happy to take care of it,
either in the House against a small fee or at the dry-cleaner.

During your stay, you are able to rent mobile telephones (valid cards )against charge.

If you have an occation to celebrate during your stay in our House we can organize sparkling and snacks, or/and cold plates (prices on request).

On pre-order we also make lunch-packages for you.

If you wish to go for bike-riding, skiing, etc at the day of departure,
and would like to shower before leaving this is possible against a small fee for towels, soap etc.

 

Take your time to look up to the sky. Search for figures in the clouds. Hear the breath of the wind and touch the cold water. Walk with silent, gently gaits. We are intruders, coming from a infinite Universe only tolerated for a short time.
